In this role, you will provide technical, logistical, and travel support for shipboard assessments across overseas locations, enabling Navy readiness activities such as TSRA and BMDRA. You work closely with the Assessment Director to validate agendas and ship data, manage documentation, and coordinate access and permissions. You’ll process technical data, generate reports, and support travel and INSURV-related logistics, helping ensure timely readiness outcomes and compliant operations.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support shipboard assessments (TSRA, BMDRA) with technical and travel services
• Coordinate with the Assessment Director to validate tasking agendas and ship configuration data
• Maintain and submit the Discrepancy Documentation Tool (DDT) and final TMT file within 10 business days
• Develop subsystem binders and standardized materials (procedures, SOPs, blue sheets, logistics) for each assessment
• Facilitate ship access, system permissions (AWN, OMMS-NG, R-Supply), and clearance requirements




• Track and validate repair 2-Kilos for JFMM and input into DDT
• Generate daily/final reports (Parts Reports, Action Summaries, CASREP logs, CMP status)
• Monitor VSB program and interface with TYCOM on JSN/bulkloaded data discrepancies
• Provide DTS support as Non-Approving Routing Official; advise on authorizations, vouchers, JTR, and interfacing with CTO
• Assist logistics/admin for INSURV inspections across locations
• Maintain check-in/check-out log and support travel coordination for assessors

Responsabilidades
• Active Secret Clearance xqbhyrx
• 4+ years' experience with 3M System or Navy assessment software (e.g., OMMS-NG, AWN)
• 4+ years' experience with Navy Supply System and 3M processes (R-Supply, OneTouch, LogiQuest, Haystack)
• 4+ years' specialized experience in shipboard configuration management (CDMD-OA)
• Working knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with deadline-driven performance
