/h3 ul liHave 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support /li liPossess 2+ years of experience in leading complex teams /li liAre experienced in BPO/contact centres /li liDemonstrate leadership and management skills /li liAre “hands on” with a “doer” approach /li liAre able to keep calm, work under pressure and to deadlines /li liTake ownership /li liCommunicate well at all levels /li liAre analytical and a problem solver /li liCan work in a team and independently /li liHave English at C1 level and Spanish at B1.
