Zoomo vehicles are used by major players in the food, grocery and parcel delivery segments with partners including UberEats, Doordash, JustEat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Amazon, FedEx, Getir, Ocado, GoPuff and many more. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe're looking for a City Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Madrid Operations. /p h3Duties will include: /h3 ul liOwn market level KPIs for financial and operational performance with responsibility for PL, customer growth, retention and revenue. /li liMotivate, coach, and develop a team covering front of house retail as well as back of house mechanics and field operations while building a positive culture. /li liCreate and deliver strategic sales and marketing initiatives suited to market trends /li liDeliver an exceptional customer experience and instill customer-centric values in the team /li liEnsure compliance with operational SOPs and continuous contribute to process improvements /li liResponsibility for stock take and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained for the city at all times to support effective daily operations /li liLabour spend and roster management /li liEnsure compliance with health and safety guidelines and safety audits /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liRelevant Diploma or Degree in Business Management or similar (retail, operations). /li li2 years+ experience in an operations management position, retail management position or similar. /li liManagement experience leading a team. /li liDemonstrated experience in sales or marketing. /li liHands on operator with a strong on-floor presence who gets things done. /li liOwnership mentality. No job is too big or too small. /li liSelf-starter. Excited by a growth environment and willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results. /li liAgility.
