As a core member of the Clinical Trial Team, you will own vendor operational delivery at the study level and oversee global clinical vendor performance. This hybrid role in Barcelona (and options in London or Dublin) focuses on end-to-end vendor oversight across eCOA, central labs, IRT, and related services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, scope, and quality meet study goals and drive site activation and risk mitigation. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping vendor strategies and ensuring compliant, timely trial execution.

• Serve as the single point of contact for vendor service delivery at the study level and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
• Provide end-to-end oversight of vendor deliverables to align with timelines, scope, and quality expectations
• Review vendor-related protocol sections during protocol development and coordinate with Vendor Start-up Manager
• Oversee vendor financials including budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and PO management




• Ensure key vendor deliverables and documentation support study start-up activities
• Lead UAT for vendor systems (eCOA, IRT) and contribute to system validation
• Drive site activation from a vendor perspective and address risks/issues throughout the site lifecycle
• Manage vendor performance, risks, and issue resolution with mitigation plans in collaboration with vendors and study teams

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of clinical operations and vendor management experience
• Strong understanding of GxP and ICH regulations
• Knowledge of clinical trial design aligned to supplier requirements
• Experience conducting xqbhyrx User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for eCOA and IRT
• Proven expertise in vendor management, outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing clinical services
• Results-oriented with a track record of on-time project delivery
• Ability to collaborate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
