leadership effectiveness and business transformation. /li liLead and support talent reviews, succession planning and development discussions. /li liUse people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities. /li liSupport performance, reward and employee relations processes with consistency and business focus. /li liContribute to cross-functional People projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul li8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner. /li liExperience partnering with senior leaders in multinational and matrix organizations. /li liStrong background in organizational design, talent management, workforce planning and leadership development. /li liBusiness acumen, strategic thinking and ability to influence decision-making. /li liExperience supporting transformation and change initiatives. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
