ensuring timely closure of actions and continuous improvement. /p /li li pDrive maturity of HSE systems through data-led insights, benchmarking and adoption of general guidelines. /p /li li pAnalyze trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities, advising strategic decision-making. /p /li li pReport performance to senior leadership and key collaborators, driving transparency and accountability. /p /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li p8+ years of progressive experience in HSE leadership roles within large, sophisticated, matrix organisations. /p /li li pDemonstrated experience operating across EMEA region with solid understanding of local legislation and regulatory frameworks. /p /li li pProven track record to influence and engage senior collaborators and drive cultural transformation. /p /li li pExpertise in risk management, incident investigation methodologies and HSE management systems. /p /li li pStrong commercial competence with the ability to align safety outcomes to business performance. /p /li li pSophisticated analytical skills with experience bringing to bear data to drive insights and decision-making. /p /li li pOutstanding communication, presentation and collaborator leadership skills. /p /li li pExperience leading change initiatives and embedding continuous improvement practices. /p /li li pRelevant qualifications in Health Safety,
