Job Description

What you’ll do…

- Verify receiving and storage procedures daily to ensure they are being followed.
- Verify that products are received, issued, documented, stored and ordered according to company guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments on operational issues related to the warehouse when necessary.
- Maintain the file of requisition forms, ensuring that they are duly completed and acknowledged by the requesting party. The original copy of the applications is sent to cost control.
- Ensure that all items stored in freezers are properly packed in plastic bags and labeled with appropriate labels.




- Regularly inspect all stocks to determine the probability of deterioration and segregate those for priority issuance.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of hygiene in all storage areas.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
- +2 years of experience in a hotel’s accounting department.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and have a high‑level attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- You take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
- You learn quickly and adapt to SLS’s unique culture.
- You are humble and open to ideas. We leave our ego at the door and help get things done.
- You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
