ph3Overview /h3 pAn opportunity for MRO controller in Operations F C at Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform a complete set of finance activities, including integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO in TFAOG level to increase operational synergies and support competitiveness. /li liDefine, prioritise, and manage transversal projects for MRO. /li liLead transformation projects for MRO to find synergies and efficiencies that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out. /li liConso workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG. /li liParticipate in automatization processes and contribute tools to optimise the resource plan. /li liChallenge the MRO business to ensure accurate performance planning. /li liProvide decision‑making support to the MRO controller TFAOG and operative areas. /li liGenerate outputs such as common procedures and ways of working to assure efficient performance of the matrix organisation by programmes, functions and legal entities. /li liConduct financial driver analysis and reporting of activity performance (budgets by cost centres and programmes), workload controlling, etc.
