ph3General Purpose /h3 pThe Billing Specialist will assist in the management of claims billing and payment for multiple facilities. HS diploma or GED requires /li liKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Insurances.



/li liKnowledge of state and federal SNF billing regulations and guidelines. /li liAbility to adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment. /li liAbility to meet deadlines while achieving performance goals /li liMust have ability to critically think through problems to resolution. /li liMust possess strong written and verbal communication skills Must be a team-player and willing to assist others when needed. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liIt years of SNF billing experience. /li liPointClickCare experience preferred /li liExperience with the Microsoft suite of programs including /li liExcel, Word, and PowerPoint /li /ul h3Physical Demands /h3 ul liProlonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk (typically 7-8 hours per day) while reviewing claims, posting payments, and analyzing AR metrics. /li liFrequent, high-volume use of a computer mouse and keyboard for data entry, spreadsheet management (Excel), and navigating billing systems (PointClickCare). /li liClose visual acuity required for extended screen time to review detailed financial data, identify billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate revenue recognition. /li liMinimal physical exertion; rarely required to lift or move objects weighing more than 10 Ibs.
