ph3Senior Tax Accountant /h3pReporting to the Tax Manager, the Senior Tax Accountant will oversee the company’s EMEA and APAC direct tax processes, compliance, and initiatives. This role is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring accurate tax filings, compliance with deadlines, and collaboration across regions. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliReview or assist with EMEA and APAC corporate tax returns prepared by external advisors. /liliPerform research to ensure accuracy of tax filings. /liliAssist with preparing the annual and quarterly worldwide U.S. GAAP tax provision. /liliCommunicate with tax authorities regarding communications or notices. /liliManage EMEA and APAC direct tax payments. /liliSupport the accounting team during audit procedures for local country GAAP financials in the EMEA and APAC region. /liliCoordinate with accounting, revenue, and accounts payable teams and IT. /liliExecute direct tax controls needed for EMEA and APAC compliance. /liliOwn relationships at appropriate levels in the organization. /liliOversee direct tax processes including filing deadlines and tax calendar. /liliMonitor global and local Pillar II legislative developments and translate them into practical data and process requirements. /liliGather, validate, and analyze financial and tax data for Pillar II calculations and reporting. /liliAssist in maintaining transfer pricing policy and documentation, coordinating with external advisors. /liliSupport implementation of medium and long-term global direct tax strategy and objectives. /liliAssist Tax Manager and VP of Tax in tax planning initiatives and special projects.
