This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, strong controls, and timely month‑end close, while supporting continuous improvement and collaboration across Finance teams. /li /ulpbWhat you’ll be doing: /b /pulliPerform general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. /liliSupport month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities in line with defined timelines. /liliEnsure accurate and timely posting of accounting entries in the ERP system. /liliPrepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. /liliEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards. /liliMaintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for internal and external audits. /liliSupport financial reporting and variance analysis,



identifying unusual transactions or trends. /liliLiaise with other Finance functions (PTP, OTC, Treasury, Tax) to resolve accounting issues. /liliFollow standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /liliSupport ad‑hoc accounting and reporting requests as required. /li /ulpbWho you’ll be working with: /b /pulliFinance Shared Services and Record‑to‑Report (RTR) teams /liliOther Finance functions, including PTP, OTC, Treasury and Tax /liliInternal and external auditors /liliFinance stakeholders across the business /li /ulpbWhat you’ll need: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in an accounting or RTR role within a Shared Services or corporate environment (preferred). /liliProven experience performing intercompany reconciliations. /liliSolid understanding of accounting principles, with exposure to Spanish GAAP and IFRS (including IFRS 16). /liliExperience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maconomy, or similar). /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel. /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy. /liliStrong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. /liliClear and professional communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. /liliAbility to work under supervision, follow detailed SOPs and operate within review cycles. /liliFluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulpbWho you are:
