If you enjoy ownership, making decisions and building rather than maintaining, this role offers exactly that. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDesign and implement the company's security strategy, establishing security practices and controls from the ground up. /li /brliSecure cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments and applications, improving the overall security posture across the platform. /li /brliLead vulnerability management, incident response and security monitoring while collaborating closely with engineering teams. /li /brliPromote a security-first culture through awareness initiatives, documentation and practical guidance for developers. /li /brliPartner with Platform, Engineering and leadership teams to balance business growth with security best practices. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brli5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security or Application Security. /li /brliPrevious experience building or significantly maturing a security function within a startup or scale-up environment. /li /brliStrong hands-on experience securing AWS (or GCP), Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
