The role is active during the principals' stays at the property and may vary in frequency and duration throughout the year. Candidates must be available to commit to confirmed dates and deliver the same level of excellence on every engagement, regardless of duration. /ph3Responsabilities /h3ulliCarry out day‑to‑day maintenance, repairs, and improvements throughout the villa — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks to the highest standard. /liliDevelop and manage a preventive maintenance schedule for all systems — HVAC, pool, irrigation, electrical, security, and home automation — ensuring zero disruption to the household. /liliSource, coordinate, and supervise external contractors and specialist service providers — ensuring quality control, punctuality, and discretion at all times. /liliOversee outdoor areas including gardens, terraces, pool, and exterior structures — coordinating landscaping and seasonal upkeep to maintain impeccable presentation year‑round.
