These CPUs will help address strategic challenges in the fields of security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering with a reduced environmental footprint. /p pIn June 25, SiPearl completed the design of the most complex CPU ever designed in Europe, Rhea1. Featuring 80 Arm Neoverse V1 cores, with 61 billion transistors, it is currently in production at TSMC. Sipearl CPUs will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers belonging to EuroHPC JU: Rhea1 will be integrated into the JUPITER machine based in Germany and Rhea2 will be part of Alice Recoque in France. /p pIncubated within the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium and seed-funded by the European Union, SiPearl employs almost 200 people in: /p ul liFrance (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis) /li liSpain (Barcelona) /li liItaly (Bologna) /li /ul pFollowing a €130 million Series A, the company has launched its Series B round. /p h3About the role /h3 pAt SiPearl, we are developing highly complex multi-chiplets/multi-sockets CPUs, based on latest technologies for processors, NoCs and overall architecture. Those need best in class emulation platforms, and that's what our team is proud to provide. /p pSiPearl owns one of the biggest emulation platform in Europe (in-house), a dual Veloce StratoM+, with a total capacity of 128 boards (6BGates) and up to 30 concurrent users 24/7. /p pWe even model our physical evaluation board (BMC) to shift left the Firmware and Software development pre-silicon and validate pre-tape-out the entire software stack. /p pAs an Emulation Engineer at SiPearl, you will be at the heart of our projects and RD, and an enabler for all teams success. /p h3Your missions /h3 ul libContribute to emulation setup:



/b Participate in capturing emulation needs and help define emulator configurations. Support compilation, execution, and debugging flows. /li libSupport RTL adaptation for emulation: /b Assist in identifying and documenting required RTL changes and related collaterals needed for emulation. /li libParticipate in verification activities: /b Contribute to the pre-silicon verification effort by supporting the emulation environment and validation activities. /li libDevelop and maintain emulation workflows: /b Contribute to the development and maintenance of emulation workflows and help integrate hardware and software collaterals. /li libImprove and automate workflows: /b Implement improvements and develop scripts/tools to facilitate debugging and improve the user experience. /li libGenerate and maintain emulation models: /b Use EDA tools to build and maintain emulation models, debug issues, and help optimize execution performance and model size. /li libInteract with tool vendors: /b Report issues, follow up on resolutions, and test fixes or new features provided by EDA vendors. /li libProvide user support: /b Assist engineers using the emulation platform, help troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions or workarounds. /li /ul h3What would make you succeed in this role /h3 ul liAt least 6 years of digital ASIC /li liAt least 4 years of experience on emulation plateform /li liGood knowledge on modern CPU architecture /li liExperience using verification tools /li liExperience with embedded C /liliPython, HDL,
