In this role you will build and maintain observability tooling for infrastructure, microservices, and bespoke workloads, prioritizing developer experience and rapid incident prevention. You’ll automate repetitive tasks, contribute to security and compliance, and work within the Observability team to enable cloud-native monitoring at scale. You will collaborate with Platform Engineering to support a self-service environment for developers. This is a chance to shape the observability stack at a fast-growing digital bank.

Responsabilidades
• Observability basics: metrics, logs, traces
• Experience with data extraction/transformation/loading tools (Prometheus, StatsD, OpenTelemetry; Vector, xqbhyrx Beats, FluentBit; OpenSearch, Grafana)
• Proficiency in at least one language (Go or Python)
• Linux-based operating environment
• Cloud-native with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, AWS CDK)
