ph3About the team /h3 pThe Group Culture Partnership (CP) team drives Forvis Mazars Group University, the firm’s global Leadership and Executive Education function dedicated to leadership development, partnership stewardship, and culture enhancement across the Group. /p pWe are a lean, international team working at the heart of the organisation, shaping learning and development of partners across over 100 countries and 7 service lines. /p pThrough our programmes and initiatives, our ambition is to equip future partners, partners, and senior leaders with the mindset, skills, and shared culture needed to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact. /p h3The role /h3 pThe Leadership Development Coordinator contributes to the design and delivery of global leadership and organisational development programmes for (future) partners and senior leaders. /p pReporting to the Group Leadership Development Project Manager, this is a hands‑on role supporting programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery across a portfolio of international initiatives. /p pYou will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of leadership development programmes, while contributing to continuous improvement and high‑quality participant experiences. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 h3Programme delivery coordination /h3 ulliSupport the end‑to‑end coordination of leadership development programmes, from design logistics to delivery and evaluation /li /ul h3Stakeholder coordination /h3 ulliManage communications with participants, internal stakeholders faculty, vendors,



and external partners /li /ul h3Continuous improvement visibility /h3 ulliContribute to programme improvement by gathering feedback and identifying development needs /li liSupport the promotion of CP initiatives internally and externally /li /ul h3Operations administration /h3 ulliManage programme budgets, purchase orders, and vendor coordination /li liMaintain programme documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards /li /ul h3Team support /h3 ulliSupport the broader CP team on cross‑functional projects as needed /li /ul h3Who you will work with /h3 h3Internal: /h3 ulliCulture Partnership team /li liHead of Partner Office /li liGroup Learning team /li liCountry, Service Line, and Talent Leaders /li liGroup Executive Committee /li /ul h3External: /h3 ulliFaculty and third‑party providers /li /ul h3What you will do to contribute /h3 h3Deliver Leadership development programmes /h3 ulliContribute to the planning, design, and implementation of development programmes in collaboration with wider HR / Learning colleagues, (future) partners, and external providers /li liSupport the planning and delivery of workshops, programmes, and initiatives led by the CP team /li liCoordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of key events, including maintaining project plans and budgets /li liProvide support to leaders and HR colleagues on organisational development and learning‑related queries /li liMaintain and organise learning resources so that participants and leaders can easily access relevant information /li /ul h3Continuous improvement and best practice /h3 ulliIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve processes to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery /li liUse insights and understanding of the business, alongside Group best practices,



to enhance development programmes /li /ul h3Manage key relationships /h3 ulliBuild strong working relationships with the integral HR community and Country and Service Line Leaders to ensure alignment with business needs /li liMaintain effective relationships with third‑party providers and faculty /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ulli1–3 years’ experience in Learning Development or project coordination, ideally in an international environment /li liStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment /li liInterest in leadership development and creating high‑quality learning experiences /li liUnderstanding of leadership and/or learning approaches and tools /li liExperience supporting workshops or people‑related events /li liAnalytical mindset, comfortable working with data and digital tools /li liStrong collaboration and relationship‑building skills /li liProactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented /li liFluent in English; proficiency in French would be an added advantage. /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ulliBe a confident and clear communicator, able to engage a range of audiences /li liWork collaboratively to deliver high‑quality outcomes /li liManage competing priorities across multiple initiatives /li liDemonstrate strong digital literacy (MS Office, HRIS, LMS, LXP tools) /li liBring curiosity and an interest in broader people and education topics (e.g. coaching, executive development, people analytics) /li /ul h3What’s on offer /h3 ulliDirect exposure to global leadership development and talent strategy /li liA lean, international team with a collaborative culture /li liInternational travel for in person Learning programs /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
