As Supervisor SPMT, you will lead and oversee self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) operations on some of the most challenging heavy transport projects in the world. You are responsible for ensuring safe execution, coordinating teams on site, and acting as the key operational link between project planning and field execution. You will work with one of the largest and most advanced SPMT fleets in the industry, supporting projects that move extraordinary loads across Europe and beyond. /p /brh3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 /brul /brliSupervising all SPMT operations during loading, transport, and unloading activities /li /brliLeading operational crews on-site and ensuring safe, efficient execution of transport plans /li /brliCoordinating the assembly, configuration, and dismantling of SPMT systems and auxiliary equipment /li /brliMonitoring load behavior, route conditions, and operational risks during transport activities /li /brliEnsuring compliance with engineering plans, safety procedures, and project requirements /li /brliCoaching and guiding SPMT operators and supporting their technical development /li /brliActing as on-site point of contact for clients, engineers, and project management /li /brliOverseeing inspection, maintenance,
