The role plays a central part in strengthening financial visibility and decision support through robust modelling and the standardisation and simplification of FPA activities. Working closely with the EMEA Finance Director, regional finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the position helps enhance financial discipline, improve insight generation, and enable more effective, data-driven business partnering across the region.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Commercial Expense Management /h3 ul liLead or support planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management of EMEA commercial selling expenses. /li liMonitor spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support actions to improve expense discipline and visibility. /li liSupport expense-related closing activities and controls in partnership with accounting and controlling teams. /li /ul h3Finance Projects and Process Improvement /h3 ul liDrive selected finance projects that improve planning effectiveness, decision support, and the quality of finance business partnering. /li liSimplify, standardize, and improve recurring FPA processes to reduce manual effort and create more efficient, scalable ways of working. /li liBuild and enhance financial models, templates, and related tools to support stronger forward-looking insight and scenario-based analysis. /li liEnsure strong data integrity, documentation, and governance across relevant models, tools, and reporting outputs. /li /ul h3Analysis and Business Partnering /h3 ul liPerform financial deep dives, ad hoc analyses, and business case support as required. /li liTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and business narratives for finance and commercial stakeholders. /li liSupport stronger business partnering by improving the speed,
