Les Roches, a world-leading institution in hospitality management education, is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Professor to join our Academic team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave.

Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in Marketing-related subjects to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
- Develop, prepare, and update course materials in line with academic standards and industry trends.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support academic development.
- Foster an interactive, innovative, and student-centered learning environment.
- Integrate real-world marketing cases and current industry practices into teaching activities.
- Participate in academic meetings, faculty initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary academic activities and projects.
- Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or training experience in Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of areas such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Behavior, and Brand Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in higher education and international environments is highly valued.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
