ph3Descripción de la oferta /h3 pEl trabajo de Supervisor/a FB se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando: /p ul liSe sirven los alimentos y bebidas a los clientes en el outlet asignado, proporcionando un servicio profesional, eficiente y flexible siguiendo estándares y valores de 7Pines Resort Ibiza. /li liSe mantiene una alta calidad de producto y servicio en el punto de venta. /li liSe fomenta maximizar las ventas y la satisfacción de los clientes. /li liSe cumplen las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC). /li liSe siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados. /li liSe mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes. /li /ul h3Otras responsabilidades del puesto /h3 ul liAtender las consultas de los clientes de manera cortés y eficiente. /li liInformar a los outlet managers de las quejas y los comentarios de los clientes. /li liLiderar el servicio y actuar como modelo para el equipo. /li liSaber manejar el sistema de TPV existente. /li liGarantizar que el lugar de trabajo y la zona circundante se mantengan limpios y organizados en todo momento. /li liRealizar el cierre y la apertura del outlet según los estándares de servicio. /li /ul h3Encontrarás /h3 ul liFacilidades operativas en el día a día como transporte al hotel, facilidades de alojamiento, comidas en el turno de trabajo, lavado de uniformes… /li liExcelente ambiente de trabajo con un gran equipo unido y comprometido del que formar parte.
