ph3Role Purpose /h3 pResponsible for Schedule Processes and High Level Risk Analysis and Tools at a Portfolio Level. /p pWorking within the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team of a integral corporate, you’ll be focused on Operational activities to de-risk the pipeline at a portfolio level, developing new processes and improving and streamlining existing ones. /p h3What This Job Involves /h3 pAs part of a DC Team and reporting to DC Director, the Risk Schedule Manager will deploy and coordinate the following functions: /p ul liProduction and maintenance of General Schedule Templates. /li liElaboration and maintenance of the Game Plan approval process. /li liElaboration and approval of the process and tools for the Mass updates. /li liElaboration, tailoring and customizations of Aspirational Schedules from templates. /li liUpdate of Aspirational schedule until approval. /li liSupervision of Schedules produced by PRMs and reviewed by Schedule analyst. /li liDedicated support and review to the KPI schedule and review when launched for approval. /li liDevelopment of tools to do the mass updates. /li liSupervision of the weekly update of date data in Papp as done by Schedule Analyst. /li liSupervision of the Archiving of historical aspirational, KPI and updates versions for all projects as performed by Schedule analyst. /li liSpecific training regarding schedule process, GC Progress Curves, Game Plan approval process and CLICKs calls. /li liDevelopment of Schedule related Crystal Ball to analyze schedules status at a pipeline level to propose actions and mitigations plans to de-risk the portfolio.
/li liDevelopment of the Game Plan Approval process and Template. /li liReview of the Projects Game Plan to highlight risks jeopardizing Day 1. /li liPeriodic call with Procurement Team to reveal risks of delay, allowing to apply corrective action that ensure Day 1. /li liPeriodic call with PRMs to review projects in terms of risks and to assist them on mitigation actions. /li liPeriodic Platform Team call to de-risk Legacy, Transition and High risk / high value projects. /li liRevolution contributor. /li liSchedule KPI definitions and measurement /li liAssistance during the Our Place development by Six Ideas. /li liSupport to the Team on the implementation of the Our Place into the account. /li liDevelopment and maintenance of tools that allows the team to measure, monitor and track GC works on site. /li liSupervision of project tailoring file from the template as done by the Schedule analyst. /li liReview of the reports as provided by the PRM. /li liAssistance to periodical workshops to improve coordination with Amazon CIB and ACS. /li liDevelopment of specific report to control general schedule status of projects at a campus level.
/li liCampus Calls to plan and review interphase of projects from a campus level perspective /li liDevelopment and project implementation of a tool to understand at high but accurate level Day 1 movements that happened during the entire project life. /li liSupport during the elaboration of the Boom methodology. /li liMaintenance and update of forensic questions. /li liPeriodic workshops with BI and Clarizen team to adapt the tool for AMZ needs for schedule related tasks /li /ul h3Sounds like you? To apply you need to be: /h3 ul liEducated to degree level in Architecture, Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer discipline such as Bachelors of Science in Information Technology and/or Real Estate /li li2 years’ experience in a similar position. /li li8 years’ experience in the construction sector. /li liCompetent in use of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools /li liAble to demonstrate a successful track record as a Project Manager leading Real Estate projects, Risk Manager and Schedule Manager for Offices Projects /li liAble to travel and have international work experience /li liExperienced in risk and schedule management in relation to Corporate and customized office projects /li liFocused on the Client Vision and able to demonstrate understanding of what the impacts on the Client are when any variable is changed and how to communicate it and deal with it to mitigate any negative consequences /li liA skilled communicator with excellent written and verbal English language skills /li liPMP certification preferred /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
