In this role you will support the Head of GTB Europe and the GTB Management team to shape and execute the strategic agenda. You will coordinate planning across GTB Europe, challenge plans, and align business lines with regional objectives. You’ll monitor performance via KPIs, gather market intelligence, and support governance and reporting for senior leadership. The position offers close collaboration with cross-functional functions to drive growth, transformation, and informed decision-making within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Partner with Head of GTB Europe and GTB Management to define and execute strategic priorities
• Coordinate strategic planning across GTB Europe ensuring alignment with regional and general objectives
• Monitor performance through KPI analysis and reporting across financials, commercial activity and initiatives
• Develop market intelligence and competitive insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities and risks




• Lead annual planning and financial reviews with Finance and Control to ensure budget alignment with strategy
• Drive governance and management reporting, coordinating executive forums and performance discussions
• Support internal communications to raise visibility of GTB Europe’s strategy and achievements

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years in strategic planning, business operations, or corporate development
• Experience building and executing business plans with financial modelling and KPI tracking
• Proven ability to xqbhyrx manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports for decision-making
• Consulting background or corporate strategy experience is a plus
