In this role you will lead planning and operational oversight of Medical Affairs programs, turning complex portfolio data into clear insights for senior leaders. You will partner with Global Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution. You will drive governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic matrix environment. This is an opportunity to shape medical strategy and enable data-driven decisions at scale.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Act as operational lead for the medical strategy of assigned programs
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships to operate with governance and accountability
• Lead TA-owned budgets and consolidate budget reports for leadership reviews
• Plan and monitor operational activities aligning with business objectives
• Translate portfolio information into actionable insights for program forums
• Drive operational excellence through data consolidation, meetings management, and compliance
• Manage key interfaces and act as single point of contact for disease area partners
• Lead Program Medical Affairs Team meetings and action follow-ups
• Oversee program objectives and deliverables, reporting risks and mitigations to ensure proper reviews and documentation
• Contribute to team objectives, culture-building, and cross-functional representation
Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree or equivalent in life sciences or healthcare; Doctor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Philosophy preferred
• 8+ years of operational experience in planning, executing, and reporting global/international programs in pharma or CRO
• Ability to work independently in a complex matrix with remote teams
• Strong program management skills with track record of meeting timelines and delivering high-quality results
• xqbhyrx Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
• Deep understanding of medical affairs activities, including GCP and integral drug development processes
• Experience in budget planning, resource allocation, and managing operational issues in medical affairs or clinical research
• Proven leadership in process adherence, risk management, and compliance with quality standards
