As our business grows and our partners needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low-touch processes while keeping required flexibility. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. /li liStandardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) teams to develop sustainable solutions. /li liImplement changes and monitor their impact on business performance. /li liProvide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Experience /h3 ul li+5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup. /li liStrong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). /li liFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. /li liExperience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects /li liExperience on Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus. /li liSAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus. /li liStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liAbility to converse and write effectively in English.
