The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with both client stakeholders and internal contacts to maintain, update and improve our client-facing online platform. /ppAs the Account Executive you will be the key point of contact for our client platform, managing the end-to-end experience, ensuring data accuracy and driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate the product upload process and keep other online assets up-to-date in line with the client brief and the client expectations. /ppstrongRole responsibilities /strong /pulliUpload of new products and content to the client platform. /liliEnsure content, tools and features of the client platform are accurate and aligned with client expectations. /liliCollaborate with internal SMEs to implement updates and improvements to the platform. /liliWork directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support when needed. /liliCommunicate realistic timelines for required updates or improvements. /liliMonitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with agreed perimeters. /liliMonitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. /liliReport regularly to the Senior Account Manager on platform performance and project milestones. /li /ulpstrongWhat we need from you /strong /pulliExperience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients. /liliFamiliarity with digital tools and content management. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
