You will contribute to the development of innovative products powered by Machine Learning, Generative AI and Large Language Models while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced international environment. /p pThe successful candidate will play a key role in shaping AI capabilities across multiple business domains, delivering scalable, secure and high-performance solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop and deploy enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions. /li liBuild and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for production environments. /li liDevelop applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. /li liDesign and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. /li liBuild AI-powered assistants and autonomous AI agents. /li liDevelop scalable APIs and AI services using Python. /li liDeploy AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud). /li liBuild and maintain MLOps pipelines to automate model training, deployment and monitoring. /li liCollaborate with Software Engineering, Data Engineering and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle. /li liOptimize AI models for performance, scalability and reliability.Ensure solutions follow security, governance and responsible AI best practices.



/li liEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or a related discipline. /li liMinimum of 4 years’ experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Data Engineering. /li liAdvanced programming skills in Python. /li liProfessional experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar Machine Learning frameworks. /li liHands‑on experience developing solutions using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral or equivalent). /li liExperience with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). /li liExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or comparable AI orchestration frameworks. /li liExperience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or ChromaDB. /li liKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and containerised deployments. /li liExperience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform. /li liFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent stakeholder communication skills. /li /ul h3Mandatory Languages /h3 ul liSpanish — Native or C2 level (mandatory) /li liEnglish — C2 level (mandatory)
