The individual personality of the Bartender should shine through in order to thrill restaurant guests. He/she must be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create innovative drinks in accordance with both the menu and needs/expectations of guests. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages /li liInteract with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks /li liAssess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations /li liRestock and replenish bar inventory and supplies /li liKeep the bar organized, stocked and clean /li liCheck guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age /li liMonitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety /li liCommunicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner /li liWork with others in order to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to company standards /li liStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience /li liComply with all food and beverage regulations /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liBasic mathematical skills- handle money and give proper change /li liBasic reading skills /li liBasic computer skills- POS handling /li liSolid knowledge of beer, wine, and familiarization with cocktail recipes /li liStrong communication skills /li liUnderstanding of Barcelona's food and beverage specifications /li liComprehension of workplace safety procedures /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liBe able to walk and stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift /li liBe able to continuously reach, bend, lift, and carry /li liBe able to remain stationary for parts of a scheduled shift /li liMust be of legal age to serve liquor per state law /li /ul h3Education/Experience /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred) /li liPrior restaurant experience is a plus but not required /li liPass TIPs/ABC Alcohol test with a score of 70% or better /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pBarcelona Restaurants, LLC complies with E-Verify regulations to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
