ph3Principal Contracts Consultant /h3pLocation: SAN SEBASTIAN DE LOS REYES, M, ES, 28703. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliKnow, understand, and practice the standards and related policies contained in Westinghouse "Codes of Business Conduct." /liliAdvise on supplier and subcontractor terms and conditions (TCs) for Westinghouse supply chain operations. These operations include multiple contract types, such as Engineered Goods, General Services, Engineering Services, Logistics... /liliLead negotiations (in person and virtual) with suppliers/subcontractors on TC issues, with a focus on complex or high-risk scopes of work. /liliSupport preparation and negotiation of complementary agreements including NDAs, licensing agreements, teaming agreements, master services or frame agreements. /liliProvide input and guidance to Westinghouse supply chain personnel on applicable company governance procedural requirements. These requirements include obtaining approvals for recommended contract positions and deviations from Westinghouse Baseline contracting principles, which fall under our Limits of Authority (LOA) process. /liliPerform final reviews of contract documents to support Purchase Order execution and advise on identified concerns, including required additional approvals. /liliInface with Westinghouse supply chain, Legal and business teams on procurement TC issues to agree on strategy and represent Procurement Contracts role at Westinghouse management meetings. /liliProvide support of customer proposal development activities involving supply chain. Analyze customer contract requirements and support legal and supply chain personnel in developing commercial approach/response.



/liliImplement processes to "flowdown" applicable customer contracts requirements to suppliers and subcontractors for direct procurements. /liliCollect and analyze contract trends with suppliers/subcontractors and lessons learned and provide ongoing feedback to Legal Compliance leads for applicable policies. /liliImplement updates to assigned contract TC template(s). /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. /lili5+ years' experience in contract analysis, contract management, with terms and conditions (TC), project / risk management, engineering and commercial procurement disciplines. /liliWorking knowledge of commercial practices, risk assessment and mitigation principles, contracting structures, and legal/contract terms and conditions. Additionally, employees must understand corporate/legal and compliance policies and directives. We require demonstration of competency in several important areas: procurement contracts, non-disclosure/proprietary information agreements, technology licensing, teaming agreements, integral business agreements and practices, and project/contract management. Understanding of Westinghouse technical products/services and the nuclear industry. /liliWe desire hands‑on procurement project management and contract negotiation in the power market. /liliFluent in English.
