If you are passionate about engineering and want to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this is the place for you. /pphe Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for performing all commissioning activities for the assigned systems (AC primary systems, protection systems, and auxiliary power systems) in various HVDC projects. /ppThe role ensures that all systems are properly installed, thoroughly tested, and operate reliably in accordance with project specifications, as well as in full compliance with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliExecute commissioning activities for HV primary equipment, AC protection and Control Systems, and Auxiliary power systems, such as MVAC, Auxiliary Transformers, LVAC, LVDC, Batteries, and UPS. /liliConduct integration, functional testing, and performance verification of electrical systems at the construction site as well as Factory Acceptance Tests. /liliPerform testing of protection relays, auxiliary systems (e.g., automatic transfer systems), troubleshooting, and analyze test results. /liliPrepare detailed test procedures, commissioning plans, checklists, as-builts, and project programs. /liliCompile and maintain test records in accordance with project requirements and internal procedures,



and obtain client approval and formal sign-off for completed tests. /liliDeliver timely, technically sound commissioning of assigned systems within schedule and budget. /liliCollaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems. /liliProvide technical support and guidance to field personnel during installation and commissioning phases. /liliDeliver training to operational staff for maintenance of commissioned systems. /liliPromote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall project performance. /liliSupport Project Management activities related to quality, risks, safety, cost control, claims management, and active participation in improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering, or a comparable qualification. /liliFluent in English and German. /liliApproximately 5 years of experience in commissioning engineering. /liliStrong commitment to health and safety standards and practices. /liliExperience in electrical commissioning of AC protection systems, auxiliary systems, and HV substations. /liliProficient in test equipment (e.g., Omicron, Megger) and engineering tools (e.g., DIGSI, PCM600); working knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., SIMATIC TDC/S7) is an advantage. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliFamiliar with project management tools and methodologies. /liliFlexible and adaptable, with willingness to travel and undertake long-term assignments in Germany and internationally. /liliWilling to work both onshore and offshore sites. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
