By providing user support and overseeing the management of all deployed solutions (Networking, Systems, Wireless, Security, etc.), as well as actively contributing to global projects, the IT department plays a key strategic role in Eurofragance’s growth. /p h3Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day /h3 ul liProvide 1st and 2nd level support for productivity tools, business applications, and IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Windows and Fortinet environments. /li liDevelop monitoring capabilities that provide detailed insights into system performance, availability, and health, including the creation of dashboards, alerts, and metrics. /li liDevelop and deploy automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, enhance system reliability, and increase overall operational efficiency. /li liContribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions at a general level. /li liParticipate in cutting-edge technological projects at a global level. /li liCoordinate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. /li /ul h3What You Need To Shine In This Role /h3 pMinimum 1 year in a similar position /p pEnglish level B2 (intermediate) /p h3Key Knowledge /h3 ul liSO: Windows Series, Windows server, IOS, Android /li liAdministrative tools: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server.
