Experteer Overview
In this hybrid role based in Barcelona, you will support day-to-day accounting operations within a global finance team. You will perform bank reconciliations, record GL entries, assist with month-end close, and manage intercompany postings and fixed assets. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable, support audits, and provide financial insights to cross-functional business units. You will drive process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of our shared service accounting function.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Record general ledger entries in line with policy
• Assist month-end close and GL reconciliations for accuracy
• Post and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on reconciliations




• Support external and internal audits
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience
• Experience in international environments, across multiple entities
• Strong English communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on shared goals
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle ERP experience is a strong plus
