Today, we serve over 5 million clients, with more than €30 billion in assets under management - a testament to the scale and trust we've built in just a few years. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liPartner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies and search strings /li liProactively identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates across LinkedIn, niche communities, and other channels /li liBuild and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps for current and anticipated future hiring needs /li liWrite compelling, personalised outreach that gets responses from hard-to-reach candidates /li liConduct initial candidate screening to assess interest, availability, and basic fit before handing over to the Recruiter /li liKeep our ATS clean and up to date, tracking sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health /li liContinuously test and refine sourcing channels, messaging, and Boolean search techniques to improve efficiency /li liStay close to market trends, talent pools, and competitor movements across the regions we hire in /li /ul h3What you need to have /h3 ul li1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting,
