ph3Descripción /h3pOur Client, An Important Multinational In The Industrial Composites Sector, Seeks To Strengthen Its Technical Team With The Figure Of a /ph3LABORATORY ENGINEER (Composites Industrial Sector) /h3pReporting directly to the Laboratory Manager, the Laboratory Engineer’s mission is to manage, optimize, and support laboratory activities related to physico-chemical and mechanical testing of composite materials. This role ensures accurate testing, compliance with customer and internal specifications, continuous improvement of laboratory processes, and technical support to production, customers, and other company sites. /ph3Responsabilidades /h3h3Main Responsabilities /h3ulliLaboratory Management and Operations:br/Managing the physico-chemical and mechanical laboratory to achieve certification targets and ensure reliable test results. /liliTesting and Validation:br/Coordinating and executing laboratory testing activities on composite materials, ensuring compliance with internal and customer specifications. /liliTechnical Support:br/Providing support to production plants, customers, and other company sites regarding laboratory results, testing issues, and material performance. /liliSpecifications and Standards:br/Reviewing customer and internal testing specifications and defining appropriate testing requirements. /liliData Management and Systems:br/Maintaining and improving laboratory information management systems (e.g., GLIMS) and ensuring accurate data analysis and reporting. /liliTeam Coordination and Training:br/Coordinating laboratory technicians,



managing training plans, and participating in recruitment and onboarding of new lab personnel. /liliContinuous Improvement:br/Identifying opportunities to improve laboratory processes, efficiency, and data reliability, contributing to overall operational excellence. /li /ulh3Requisitos /h3h3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Chemistry or Engineering. /liliExperience in composite materials testing. /liliExperience as group coordinator or team leader. /liliHigh level of English (spoken and written). /liliAdvanced knowledge in data analysis software (Microsoft Office, Minitab, etc.). /li /ulh3Personal Profile /h3ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliOrganized and methodical approach to laboratory work. /liliTeam management and leadership capabilities. /liliProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. /liliEffective communication skills in technical environments. /li /ulh3We Offer /h3pJoining a solid and consolidated industrial group within the composites sector.
