We are looking for a bSenior Demand Planner /b who wants to work in a highly collaborative, international, and data-driven environment, contributing to the evolution of modern Supply Chain planning. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with regional markets, global planning teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-evolving setup focused on operational excellence, scalability, and future-ready planning capabilities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Senior Demand Planner within the Global Planning Hub, you will play a key role in driving forecast quality, planning transparency, and SOP excellence across international markets. /p pYou will collaborate closely with commercial organizations, finance, operations, and global planning teams to ensure robust and reliable demand plans aligned with business strategy and customer needs.



/p h3Your Main Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liAnalyze statistical forecasts and validate baseline demand plans based on historical data and business insights /li liCollaborate with local market organizations to integrate enrichments, promotions, risks, and opportunities into demand plans /li liEnsure accurate and up-to-date forecasts are maintained in planning systems (e.g. SAP IBP) /li liMonitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key planning KPIs, proposing improvement actions where needed /li liSupport and lead Demand Review and SOP processes in alignment with global planning standards /li liIdentify supply risks, bottlenecks, and potential impacts on customer service in collaboration with Supply Planning teams /li liSupport inventory optimization and obsolescence management through proactive planning /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Integral Planning Hub /li liHelp strengthen planning analytics, collaboration, and standardization across countries and regions /li /ul h3Internal /h3 ul liRegional Supply Chain Management Headquarters /li liGlobal Supply Planning Management /li liSupply Chain Management Stakeholders (in the countries) /li liSales Marketing teams (in the countries) /li /ul h3External /h3 ul liAuditors /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering and a postgraduate certificate in supply chain management would be desirable. /li liAt least 3 years of related experience in supply chain management. /li liSelf-starter drive with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.



Experience with SAP IBP or advanced planning systems is considered a plus. /li liDeep MS Office Knowledge. /li liDigital mindset and knowledge in emerging digital technologies (e.g. RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT etc.) Experience in operational excellence. /li liHighly motivated, structured and able to handle stressful situations if needed. /li liStrong in trouble shooting, problem solving, and high degree of proactivity. /li liResults oriented. /li liProficient in spoken and written English.
