To manage and supervise Plasma Testing Laboratories Quality projects. To propose continuous improvement measures related to the quality systems of the Laboratories. To supervise the Quality Risk Management (QRM) process for the Laboratories. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo review and ensure that all procedures established are in accordance to cGMP. ul liTo supervise GEPD Plasma Testing Laboratories quality system and quality culture. /li liTo ensure investigation for incidents are initiated, as well as root cause analysis are properly in place. /li liTo participate and support internal and external regulatory inspections and audits performed in the Laboratories. /li /ul /li liTo manage and supervise Plasma Testing Laboratories Quality projects. ul liActively participate in Laboratory meetings for the follow-up of activities related to open Change Controls. /li liCoordinate the tasks required to be developed within the different areas of the company.



/li liReview new procedures and processes to be implemented in the Laboratory under the scope of the Change Controls open. /li /ul /li liTo ensure continuous improvement measures related to the quality systems of the Laboratories. ul liTo supervise the monitoring of corrective and/or preventive actions implemented within the Laboratories. Ensure their proper implementation and effectiveness. /li liTo monitor quality system indicators. /li liTo propose improvements in the Laboratory's processes to enhance the quality system. /li /ul /li liTo supervise the Quality Risk Management (QRM) process for the Laboratories. ul liTo supervise Quality Risk assessment studies and reports, as well as coordinate mitigation tasks. /li /ul /li /ul h3Who You Are - Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fields). /li liMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field. /li liOrganized and able to manage time effectively. /li liAbility to work within a highly regulated, labor intensive environment. /li liAbility to understand, explain, follow, and enforce SOPs. /li liAbility to plan, communicate and execute activities for the improvement of overall operations. /li liStrong integrity and commitment to Quality and Compliance. /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills to produce clear and concise factual findings. /li liAdvanced level of Spanish and English. /li liThis position requires significant travel and on-site presence in Egypt, with approximately 50% of the role based in Egypt. /li /ul h3Benefits and Location /h3 ul liContract of Employment: Permanent position. /li liLocation: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain. /li liFlexibility for U Program: Occasionally Remote. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pGrifols is an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
