ph3Job Info /h3 ul liJob Identification 8269 /li liJob Category DC Ops /li liJob Schedule Full time /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 pWe're looking for a bTechnical Operations Planner /b to join our Madrid Operations team. /p pThis is a key role responsible for ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across our critical data center infrastructure. Working closely with Operations teams, Site Management, contractors, and suppliers, you'll help ensure our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. /p pYou'll combine technical knowledge, planning expertise, and stakeholder management to optimize maintenance activities, improve operational performance, and contribute to the long‑term reliability of our assets. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 h3Maintenance Planning Coordination /h3 ul liPlan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across critical infrastructure. /li liManage maintenance requests from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed SLAs and OLAs. /li liCoordinate maintenance contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal operational impact. /li liDevelop and maintain the annual maintenance plan in partnership with Site Management and the Manager, Technical Operations Planning. /li liSupport outage planning and maintenance scheduling to maximize operational resilience. /li /ul h3Operational Excellence /h3 ul liPrioritize maintenance requests in collaboration with Service Operations. /li liMonitor maintenance performance, KPIs, and service levels, producing regular reports and recommendations. /li liLead regular operational reviews with maintenance contractors to drive continuous improvement. /li liEnsure maintenance activities comply with Digital Realty's Quality, Environmental, Health Safety standards. /li liSupport first-, second-, and third-line operational support activities, including problem management and root cause analysis when required.
/li liManage supplier performance for maintenance services, ensuring contractual obligations and service quality are consistently met. /li liContribute to long‑term asset management strategies by maintaining accurate maintenance records and master data. /li liSupport procurement activities related to maintenance services and technical vendors. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reliability, and operational efficiency. /li liAnalyze trends and maintenance data to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions. /li liSupport improvement initiatives across Technical Operations. /li liParticipate in special projects and business initiatives as assigned. /li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liAssociate degree, Higher Vocational Qualification (FP Superior), or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline. /li liExperience working within a critical technical environment, such as data centers, industrial manufacturing, utilities, or telecommunications. /li liExperience coordinating maintenance activities and planning technical work. /li liExperience with maintenance scheduling, reporting, and work management systems. /li liUnderstanding of maintenance planning methodologies and contractor coordination. /li liAbility to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment. /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li liProfessional working proficiency in Spanish and English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in the data center, critical facilities,
