/b Stay updated on Workday releases, contribute to internal templates/accelerators, and utilize AI and BNB tools to optimize delivery speed and documentation. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Profile /h3 pThis is a strong opportunity for a technically oriented Analyst, Consultant or Senior Consultant who wants to grow within the Workday ecosystem and become part of BNB’s Extend capability. /p ul liTechnical background in software development, systems implementation, integrations, or related fields. /li liKnowledge of web technologies and data formats such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and ideally GraphQL. /li liUnderstanding of authentication, authorization, and security concepts such as OAuth, SAML, JWT, certificates, roles, and permissions. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex requirements into structured solution components. /li liAbility to learn Workday Extend and broader Workday platform concepts quickly and apply them in real client scenarios. /li liGood communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to functional consultants, project teams, and customers. /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability. /li liProfessional fluency in English. /li liOwnership mindset, with the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks, follow up proactively, and deliver with minimal rework. /li liProfessional fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian in addition to English. /li liCuriosity for AI, automation, reusable assets, and productivity tools that improve delivery efficiency. /li /ul h3Highly Valued /h3 ul liPrevious experience with Workday Extend development.
