The role oversees engine valuation, acquisition, teardown, and parts trading activities, ensuring alignment with Sanad Capital’s financial, technical, and strategic objectives. The position drives commercial excellence, builds strategic partnerships, ensures policy compliance, and contributes to long-term business growth and performance. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: /h3 h31. Contribute to Sanad Capital’s Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and implement engine valuation and acquisition strategies aligned with Sanad Capital’s business plan and financial targets. /li liDevelop and manage commercial strategies for engine purchases, teardowns, and parts trading. /li liBuild and sustain strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance portfolio performance and mitigate financial, legal, and compliance risks. /li liCollaborate with other Sanad departments to support portfolio growth and asset utilization. /li /ul h32. Improve Policies and Procedures /h3 ul liParticipate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures governing asset acquisition, teardown, and parts sales. /li liEnsure compliance with Sanad Capital’s governance framework and quality standards. /li liContinuously improve operational processes and controls to meet business objectives and international benchmarks. /li /ul h33. Lead the Asset Management Team /h3 ul liProvide direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members and promote cross-functional collaboration. /li liDrive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and innovation. /li liIdentify competency gaps and support Emiratization by developing UAE national talent. /li liLead teardown, repair management, and piece-part sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets. /li liOversee market analysis, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiations.

Manage the Project Life Cycle /h3 ul liOversee all stages of the asset management project life cycle — discovery, development, delivery, and maturity. /li liEnsure project execution meets cost, quality, and timeline expectations. /li liMonitor and report project performance against defined KPIs. /li /ul h36. Champion Change and Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liLead change management initiatives that enhance efficiency, adaptability, and competitiveness. /li liBenchmark operations against international best practices and integrate process improvements. /li liPromote a learning culture through knowledge sharing, training, and continuous feedback. /li /ul h37. Perform Other Duties /h3 ul liCarry out additional assignments and tasks as required by Senior Management in line with business priorities. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES /h3 pMinimum Qualifications: (Education/Certification/Licensure/Professional Membership) /p ul liBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. /li liAdditional training in management or leadership courses is preferred. /li li10 to 15 years of progressive experience in commercial aviation engine and/or component asset repair, sales, or technical MRO management. /li li5 to 8 years of management or supervisory experience leading cross-functional or technical teams. /li liProven experience in engine valuation, asset acquisition, teardown management, and parts trading. /li liStrong understanding of aviation industry regulations, OEM maintenance methodologies, and MRO operations. /li liDemonstrated background in financial modelling,



deal execution, and PL accountability. /li /ul h3Job Specific Competencies: /h3 h31. Policies, Procedures, and Governance /h3 pEstablishes and manages business policies and processes related to asset management, procurement, risk, and quality assurance. Market and Industry Insight /h3 pDemonstrates deep understanding of the aviation and leasing industries, including general and regional financial markets, OEM maintenance programs, and Mubadala’s strategic direction. Applies this knowledge to guide asset valuations, acquisitions, and portfolio decisions. /p h34. Deal Origination and Execution /h3 pLeads the identification, development, and closure of commercial opportunities through relationship management and market engagement. Oversees deal evaluation, cost estimation, and due diligence, ensuring recommendations align with market indicators, company strategy, and financial performance goals. /p h35. Financial and Commercial Acumen /h3 pApplies advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical techniques to support sound investment decisions, deal structuring, and business case development.
