You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget, and to the highest environmental and quality standards. /p pThis role blends strategic oversight, technical decision-making, and financial management, and is idóneo for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, sustainability-focused environment. /p h3Project Planning /h3 ul liDefine scope for contractors, build detailed project schedules, and set clear objectives aligned with internal requirements and regulatory standards. /li /ul h3Budget Cost Control /h3 ul liDevelop and manage project budgets and cash flow, ensuring resources are used efficiently and costs remain within forecasts. /li /ul h3Contract Management /h3 ul liLead the negotiation and closure of construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project budgets, timelines, and internal risk requirements. /li liCoordinate all phases of construction, installation,
