This is a greenfield opportunity for someone deeply AI-native who understands that exceptional data foundations unlock the next phase of AI-driven growth. /p ul liDesign end-to-end data architecture, from raw data ingestion to clean, analytics-ready models /li liBuild robust data pipelines to ingest information from multiple systems, including product, CRM, finance, marketing, and AI event traces /li liModel core data entities to provide a consistent source of truth for all teams /li liEstablish and maintain data quality, monitoring, testing, and alerting for trust in data outputs /li liDevelop the foundational data layer needed for scalable, reliable AI initiatives /li liInstrument product usage analytics, including events, funnels, and retention metrics /li liCreate dashboards and data sets that drive decision-making across Sales, CX, Finance, and Marketing /li li5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment (exceptional candidates with less experience and proven end-to-end project ownership will be considered) /li liExperience building a data warehouse or data platform from scratch,
