ph3Responsibilities /h3 ol liDraft, review and negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operation, such as NDA, sales contract (including but not limited to dealer agreement and after-sales agreement), purchase agreement, cooperation agreement, memorandum; maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly. /li liParticipate in the qualification review of potential business partner(s), including but not limited to the qualification of dealer, compliance review, etc. /li liLegal support on the regulatory compliance issues, such as trade compliance, data protection, merger filing, international sanction, anti‑bribery, etc. /li liHuman resource related legal support, including but not limited to deal with dispute with employee(s), provide opinion on labour law. /li liSelect, manage and supervise external lawyers, ensuring high quality of external legal support in an effective and efficient manner (including cost‑efficiency).



/li liPerform legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims etc. /li liWork closely with the operation/project team to proactively support a wide range of transactions. /li liOther legal responsibilities as assigned. /li /ol h3Qualifications /h3 ol liLaw Degree. /li liAdmission to Local market or equivalent will be a plus. /li liExcellent oral/written English and Spanish skills. /li li3–7 years post qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in MNC from manufacturing industry or automotive industry. /li liDemonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding for detailed and results‑oriented solutions, and strong communication negotiation skills with clients, colleagues, and government officials. /li liMature personality with proactive attitude, high integrity and self‑motivation, and ability to work and judge efficiently and autonomously under pressure. /li /ol pbStarting September till February – March /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
