What would you need?

-

- 5+ years of experience in Penetration Testing or Cybersecurity.

- Proven experience coordinating and executing penetration testing activities.

- Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and security assessment practices.

- Hands‑on experience with cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

- Experience in network, application, infrastructure, and cloud security.

- Experience coordinating multiple security initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Knowledge of information security standards and testing best practices.

- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

- English professional proficiency (mandatory).

- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid (mandatory).

- One or more of the following certifications is highly valued: (Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

What will you do?

- Plan and coordinate penetration testing activities across network, application,



infrastructure, and cloud environments.

- Manage communication between internal teams and external security providers.

- Consolidate and monitor penetration testing plans, progress, and execution.

- Document security findings and provide remediation recommendations.

- Ensure testing activities comply with security standards and best practices.

- Produce security assessment reports and compliance documentation.

- Track KPIs and report the status and outcomes of security testing activities.

- Contribute to strengthening the organization’s overall security posture through continuous improvement initiatives.
