Req Id: 3171. /p pThe adecuado candidate will work as part of a global team to provide technical support through direct interactions with customers, internal service consultants, our cloud solutions, as well as customer on‑premise installations of Asset Information Management (AIM) products. The role demands strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative team‑oriented mindset. In this role you will regularly interact with solution development, ownership teams and customers to investigate and resolve problems, discuss and document design issues. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform troubleshooting tasks such as root cause analysis and mitigation of issues reported by users or customers. /li liProvide real time global support to internal stakeholders as well as external customers for product related issues. /li liPerform technical tasks in support of installation and maintenance of our products. /li liInterface with internal stakeholders, including management, software development, services and product planning teams. /li liFacilitate communication and delivery of resolutions that require multi-disciplinary coordination. /li liContribute to an internal CRM knowledge base for knowledge transfer. /li liContribute to status updates on critical issues to management. /li liMake recommendations to the team on improving business processes and reducing support issues. /li liAccurately document support activities and outcomes.



/li liMaintain adherence to customer service level objectives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liA recognised degree in a technical field preferred. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liWorking knowledge of Database platforms is desirable. /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services and Web Applications is desirable. /li liExperience in any of the following is beneficial: /li ul liSmartPlant Foundation, SDx or equivalent application. /li liWindows Internet Information Services. /li liOracle or MSSQL DB. /li liComputer Networking. /li /ul liPerformance monitoring and troubleshooting via various application tools (Windows/DB). /li liExperience providing documentation, guidance, and instruction to users. /li liExperience communicating user requirements. /li liDemonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions. /li liAttention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. /li liExperience with CAD or Engineering applications. /li liProgramming and database experience. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liThis role will be located in Spain (our office is in Madrid). /li liThis will be a hybrid role which allows for flexible working arrangements. /li liMust be Spanish speaking and have strong English language skills. /li liOctave cannot sponsor applicants for a work visa for this position. /li /ul pEveryone is welcome.
