Portfolio Product Management /h3 ul liManage and develop a defined portfolio of food ingredients (e.g., starches, sweeteners, proteins, hydrocolloids, functional systems, nutraceuticals, Flavours, fragrances ). /li liMonitor product performance, pricing, margins, and stock levels. /li liIdentify portfolio gaps and propose new products or suppliers. /li liEnsure compliance with EU food regulations, specifications, and documentation. /li /ul h32. Supplier Management /h3 ul liAct as the primary contact for assigned suppliers. /li liNegotiate pricing, annual agreements, and commercial terms. /li liCoordinate forecasts, tenders, and supply chain planning. /li liSupport supplier onboarding and product launches. /li /ul h33. Market Business Development /h3 ul liAnalyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. /li liDevelop go‑to‑market strategies for new products. /li liSupport sales teams with technical and commercial expertise. /li liConduct customer visits,

Sales Support /h3 ul liProvide pricing guidance, product positioning, and application know‑how. /li liPrepare sales tools: datasheets, presentations, value propositions. /li liParticipate in customer meetings and trade shows (e.g., Fi Europe, Vitafoods I). /li liCollaborate closely with regional sales managers across Europe. /li /ul h35.
