ppNDT TECHNOLOGIST-STATICSSTRUCTURES (F/M/X) Job Description Job Alerts Link NDT TECHNOLOGIST-STATICSSTRUCTURES (F/M/X) Req ID: 26112 Country: Spain Job Location: /p pParque Tecnológico, Edificio 300br/Zamudio, Vizcaya / Bizkaia 48170br/ /p h3What is the scope of the work? /h3 pWe are looking for professionals to expand our Manufacturing Technologies team, with a specialisation in Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT), within the Statics Structures Operating Unit. /p pThe main responsibilities of the role will include, among others, the following: /p ul liSupporting manufacturing processes for new components, working closely with Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling. /li liDefining and validating bdata cards /b. /li liIdentifying and implementing the improvements required to industrialise the product and achieve reductions in lead time, product cost and cost of non‑quality. /li liProviding support to production and contributing to the continuous improvement of the process. /li liConducting internal audits (Confirmations). /li liSupporting audits (NADCAP, AENOR and customer audits). /li /ul h3What kind of candidate are we seeking? /h3 ul liEducation: Advanced Vocational Training or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies or a similar qualification. /li /ul ul liRequired experience: At least 3 years experience in special processes, mainly in Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) processes. /li /ul h3Required knowledge: /h3 ul liManufacturing processes. /li liKnowledge of chemical processes will be considered an advantage. /li liNDT Level 2 certification (preferably FPI, X‑ray, VT). /li liLanguages: Fluent spoken and written Spanish. /li /ul h3Experience desirable (not essential) in:



/h3 ul liMaterials (Metallography). /li liMachining processes in general. /li liWelding processes and dimensional verification. /li liManagement software: Teamcenter, SAP. /li /ul h3Personal skills: /h3 ul liTeamwork, coordination and communication skills. /li liDecision‑making ability. /li liAutonomy and proactivity. /li liResults‑oriented mindset. /li liAbility to learn and adapt. /li liMotivation to pursue continuous, day‑to‑day improvement. /li /ul h3What training will you receive to carry out the work? /h3 pWe will provide training in: /p ul liAdditional NDT training in specific processes (brazing, pressure testing, flow checks). /li liManufacturing processes for static aircraft engine components under the responsibility of the Structures Engineering area, including their function, materials and key processes. /li liProduct and process management tools and software. /li liQuality management of aeronautical parts. /li /ul h3Who are you working with?
