ppAlbastar is looking for an bOCC DUTY Manager: /b /p h3MISION /h3 pReporting to the OCC Manager the Duty Manager will perform oversight of daily flight planning, flight watch and flight support. ACMI sales and coordination along with communication with clients and operational disruption management of a fleet of 5 aircraft operating in Europe, North Africa, and Eastern Europe. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liFlight dispatcher experience required. /li liExperience as a Duty manager is preferred but not essential. /li liThe successful candidate ideally has a background in OCC/Dispatch/Flight watch in a passenger airline or business operator. /li liGood knowledge of English is a must; Spanish is a plus. /li liOCC awareness and knowledge is required. /li /ul h3Skills and acknowledgements /h3 ul liExcellent problem solving skills. /li liAdvanced Computer skills and use of IT products in a flight operations environment. /li liKnowledge of airlines OCC roles and responsibilities. /li liAirport Air traffic restrictions and knowledge. /li liEurocontrol regulation and awareness knowledge. /liliKnowledge of handling agents airport facilities. /li liFlight crew FTL awareness preferred. /li liMaintenance awareness with MEL/CDL knowledge. /li liAircraft Scheduling and Ground operations.



/li liKnowledge of Jeppesen flight Dispatch/Foreflight planning system will be a bonus. /li liKnowledge of EASA regulations. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo oversee each shift to increase performance and monitor costs where possible. /li liTo oversee the flight planning and production for the live operation. /li liReduce disruption within the flight schedule when operational deviations occur. /li liTo communicate within all areas of the business when disruption happens. /li liComplete daily checks to ensure the safe and reliable dispatch of the aircraft. /li liWork together with safety and compliance to ensure the safest operation possible. /li liComplete tasks assigned by OCC Manager. /li liAssist other areas of OCC when staff shortage occurs. /li /ul pAt Albastar, we strongly believe in the value of diversity.
