This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global and diverse environment. /ppWe strongly encourage applications from people with different backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. /ppYour responsibilities: /pp• Processing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries /pp• Monitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates /pp• Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transport from Schaan/FL /pp• Creating invoices and credit notes /pp• Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials /pp• Updating delivery conditions /pp• Clarifying shipping methods /pp• Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters /pp• Actively supporting the field service /pp• Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments /pp• Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, RD /pp• Pre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events /pp• Personally, supporting sales at trade fairs and events,
