ph3Job Summary /h3 pAs an A400M Flight Ops Services Engineer, you will be a key contributor to ensuring the operational readiness and efficiency of the A400M aircraft fleet. You will be in charge of developing and delivering Flight Operations Services for all our A400M customers, with the support of a great team, including among others, technical support to customers regarding flight operations, flight performance, and mission planning, delivering Aerodata products such as NavDB and terrain databases, playing a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and mission effectiveness. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liBusiness Development activities: Design, develop, integrate and deliver on time, on cost and on quality new Flight Operations Services required by all Military Aircraft Customers to operate efficiently and safely their Airbus Defense and Space aircrafts, supporting to increase the sales of the company. /li liManage technically all the associated resources (internal and subcontracted workpackages) allocated to TASTO Flight Operations Services worldwide. /li liOTQC provision of all the services contracted by customers (i.e. customer queries resolution, products deliveries...). /li liEstablish, lead and manage the requested collaboration with internal departments (i.e. Service Programme Managers, Procurement, Legal, Design Offices, other Airbus SAS departments ...) to define/develop and operate the associated Flight Operations Services. /li liDevelop and implement the Projects Management Plans, for Flight Operations Services, defining the required work packages in terms of scope, quality requirements, target costs and timescales, to meet the Programs requirements and the applicable quality and regulatory standards. ul liSets tasks, budgets and timescales for each deliverable /li liDevelop, maintain Implement action plans and priorities /li liDefine and monitor regularly the projects’ KPI to properly track projects’ performance. /li /ul /li liManage the right balance between cost and quality for each product,
