As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you are on the front lines of this expansion, tasked with building an Uber community within business organizations from the ground up. This is a "hunter" role in a high-growth environment where you will identify and acquire new clients for our mobility and delivery services, specifically targeting companies with fewer than 2,000 employees. /p pThe reality of this role is high-velocity and high-stakes. You will face the challenge of 0-to-100 pipeline management in a market where you must often sell the "narrative" of a product that prospects didn't know they needed. If you are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of business movement in Japan, this is where you'll grow. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liPlan and execute a comprehensive semi-annual GTM strategy to achieve and exceed sales quotas within the Mid-Market segment. /li liIdentify prospect pain points and craft winning narratives to expand lead generation and drive product adoption across Japan. /li liCoordinate the end-to-end sales motion for corporate customers, including initial qualification, education, pricing, contract negotiation, and launch implementation. /li liPrioritize high-value leads and locate key decision-makers with speed to maintain high sales velocity and momentum. /li liManage a mature pipeline and forecast structure, utilizing a rigorous sales cadence to provide accurate and transparent data to leadership. /li liPartner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure every new account launch is seamless and impactful.
