Ensures that all platforms, integrations, and workflows are properly connected and orchestrated, while maintaining a robust, scalable, and efficient database structure that supports business strategy and process automation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContinuously evaluate the current technology stack, ensuring proper integration, connectivity, and orchestration across platforms. /li liOversee the overall technology architecture. /li liIdentify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and scalability within the technology ecosystem. /li liDesign and develop API-based integrations to connect internal and external systems. /li liAutomate processes across different stages of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, internal operations). /li liDevelop and configure automated agents to optimize operational and interaction workflows. /li liOptimize and monitor the technology ecosystem (AWS cost monitoring and troubleshooting). /li liDesign, structure, and maintain database architecture (DB), ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability. /li liAWS provisioning and configuration (review and maintenance of databases). /li liSupport the review of daily Loyalty redemptions. /li liCollaborate with CRM, Data, and Product teams to ensure technical developments align with business strategy. /li liDocument developments, workflows,
